Lake Chelan Shores General Rules and Regulations

*A copy of the Full Rules and Regulations is in the unit you are renting*

 

Below is a list of some of the General Rules and Regulations that applies to all guests and renters.

  • Occupancy limits are listed in the Rules and Regulations and strictly enforced

  • No Unlawful and Disturbing Noises/Practices

    • Quiet Time hours are 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. Zero tolerance policy on after-hours noise.

  • Parking Passes are required through the resort for every vehicle. Pass must be visible on dash.

  • Parking spots labeled “Visitor” have a 24-hour limit on parking. Vehicles must be moved within 24-hours.

  • Boat parking by request only. All Watercraft must be registered with the Front Desk

  • Buoy Limits: Boats exceeding 26ft and/or 6,000 lbs. are prohibited from using a buoy

  • Absolutely No Pets are allowed on the property (Only Service Animals)

  • Trash and Garbage shall be placed in sealed bags and deposited in trash receptacles located in carports

  • Play is permitted in designated areas (playground, basketball court, horseshoe area, volleyball, and waterfront)

  • Common Areas, lawns, and walkways shall not be used for storage

    • Personal property shall not obstruct entrance ways, walkways, parking, or other common areas

    • Beach umbrellas which are collapsible and no wider or higher than 7 ½ feet are allowed at the beach area. Hammocks are not allowed anywhere on the property.

    • Baby tents up to 3 ft. high, 3 ft. wide, and 3 ft. deep are allowed at the beach area. No other tents are permitted anywhere on the property including decks and patios.

    • No items (such as towels) are allowed to be hung over the deck or railings

    • Flotation devices are not permitted on the lawns

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas

  • Fireworks are not permitted on Lake Chelan Shores property

  • Motorized recreational vehicles and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles are not allowed (Drones)

  • Barbecuing is only allowed on the patios, decks, or barbecue area with electric or gas units only

  • Employees or agents of the association shall be permitted to enter units for inspections, maintenance, repair, and placement of common and limited common elements during reasonable hours and with advanced notice

  • Employees or agents of the association shall have the right to enter a Unit to abate an emergency

  • Guests shall at all times secure their motor vehicles and unit doors and windows when unattended
